He said the physical and financial progress of the ongoing projects must be reviewed regularly. He instructed that if any problem arises during implementation, it should be quickly identified and necessary measures taken.

He gave these directives while speaking as the chief guest at a review meeting on the implementation progress of the ADP projects under the Ministry of Public Administration for July of the fiscal year 2026-27 held on Monday. State Minister for Public Administration Md. Abdul Bari was present at the meeting.

The Public Administration Adviser said that among the ongoing projects under the ministry, emphasis has been placed on infrastructure development, capacity building of BCS cadre officers, and modernisation and digitalisation of training centres. These projects must be completed within the stipulated time.

He instructed that if any project is nearing the end of its tenure and additional time is required for implementation, initiatives should be taken to extend the duration through the proper process. However, he said the project cost must not be increased in any way during the extension.

Before the meeting, the Public Administration Adviser Md. Ismail Jobiullah unveiled the covers of the books 'Organisation and Management Guidelines 2026', 'O&M Manual' first and second volumes, and 'Statistics of Government Employees 2025'.

The meeting was chaired by Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration Md. Ehshanul Haque. Senior officials of the ministry, representatives of the Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance, and directors of various projects were present. Concerned divisional commissioners and district administrators also joined the meeting online.
