A journalists' rally will be held tomorrow Thursday demanding speedy formation of the 10th wage board for media workers, announcement of interim dearness allowance, and implementation of the 9th wage board award with arrears in establishments where the 9th wage board award has not yet been implemented.
The rally will be held in front of the National Press Club under the initiative of Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ) and Dhaka Journalists Union (DUJ). In addition to journalist leaders, professional leaders will also speak at the rally. BFUJ General Secretary Qader Gani Chowdhury and DUJ General Secretary Khurshid Alam have urged media workers to attend the rally in time.
