Opposition's Long March will increase public suffering: Ishrak
Ishrak Hossain claimed that although the Long March is being held citing the fuel crisis, about one lakh liters of fuel will be consumed in it. In addition to wasting national resources, it will increase the suffering of common people.
Criticizing the opposition's second oath, he said that the government wants to bring reforms by amending the constitution. He also remarked that instead of taking part in the constitutional amendment committee, the opposition is increasing public suffering by announcing street programmes.

Earlier, the state minister visited Khoksa Upazila Muktijoddha Complex and exchanged views with the local valiant freedom fighters. Later, he took part in programmes including a memorial meeting, distribution of the Holy Quran and sports equipment, tree plantation, and release of fish fry.
