He said this as the chief guest at a reception programme for meritorious students who got GPA-5 in SSC, Dakhil and equivalent examinations at Kamrangirchar. Hamidur Rahman, Member of Parliament from Dhaka-7 constituency, was the special guest at the event organised by the Teachers-Employees United Alliance.
The DSCC administrator said many cities in the world were at one time mired in dirt and garbage, but later grew up beautifully through proper planning and management. With a correct master plan and everyone’s cooperation, Kamrangirchar can also be transformed into a modern and clean city.
Addressing the meritorious students, he said their talent and intellect will make Kamrangirchar brighter in the days to come. Apart from building themselves as honest and clean people, students will also have to take responsibility for keeping the surrounding environment clean.
Students, guardians, teachers and local dignitaries from different educational institutions of Kamrangirchar attended the event.
