The High Court has ruled that Grameen Kalyan, an institution owned by Dr. Muhammad Yunus, must pay Tk 666 crore in tax demanded by the National Board of Revenue.

On Thursday, a High Court bench led by Justice Md. Mojibur Rahman Mia delivered the verdict.

As a result, Grameen Kalyan will have to pay the tax demanded by the National Board of Revenue.
