Nepal's ambassador pays courtesy call on Leader of the Opposition

The meeting was held at noon on Thursday at the office of the Leader of the Opposition in the National Parliament building. At that time, Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of Nepal Pratik Karki was present.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman expressed grief over the loss of life and damage caused by the recent natural disaster, landslides and hill collapses in Nepal. He asked the ambassador about Nepal's latest situation.

Ambassador Ghanshyam Bhandari briefed the Leader of the Opposition on Nepal's ongoing rescue operations, the suffering of the people, and the damage caused by the disaster. At the same time, he expressed gratitude for expressing grief and sympathy.
