On Thursday (September 10) night, NPA central council Member Secretary Sajib Tanvir said that Meghmallar's breathing difficulty has decreased. Efforts are underway to gradually reduce the level of artificial oxygen and bring it to a normal level. His level of consciousness is also increasing.

Condition of Meghmallar on life support improves
He said Meghmallar's blood pressure, pulse and other physical parameters are currently stable. Under the close supervision of doctors, his condition is improving.
A seven-member medical board has been formed at Dhaka Medical College Hospital for his treatment. Hospital Director Brigadier General Md. Asaduzzaman is overseeing the treatment process.

Earlier, on the night of September 8, Meghmallar was rescued in an unconscious state from the gate area of Suhrawardy Udyan. After a stomach wash due to suspicion of poisoning, when his condition deteriorated, he was taken to the ICU. He was put on life support on the evening of Wednesday, September 10.
