Although the visit has been postponed, preparations continue in Parashuram and Fulgazi in Feni to welcome the Prime Minister. During the visit, he is scheduled to inaugurate the ‘Muhuri-Kahua Flood Control Project’ at a cost of Tk 1,542 crore in Parashuram. If the project is implemented, it is hoped that flooding and waterlogging in vast areas along the river will be reduced.
