The information was disclosed in a notification by Biman Bangladesh Airlines on Saturday.
The notification said that there are plans to resume flights to Dammam from October 21. However, it will depend on the required permission from the Dammam airport authorities.
Meanwhile, flights from Dhaka to Jeddah and Medina are operating normally. For urgent needs, passengers can travel to Saudi Arabia using these two international airports. Additional flights are also being operated on the Jeddah route considering passenger demand.
Operation of higher-capacity aircraft on the Medina route will continue until Sunday. From October 19, Boeing 787 aircraft will be operated regularly on this route as before.
Biman Bangladesh Airlines has requested passengers to contact the nearest sales center to know updated flight schedules and information related to tickets and bookings.
