The embassy said that the new patrol ship will greatly increase the Coast Guard's capacity to suppress maritime crime and conduct search and rescue operations during natural disasters. The agreement, signed during the Prime Minister's visit from 26 to 29 October, will further strengthen the two countries' strategic partnership and regional peace and stability.
