Padma Barrage to be inaugurated next January-February: Water Resources Minister
Water Resources Minister Shahiduddin Chowdhury Annie said the mega project Padma Barrage will be inaugurated in January-February next year. As a result, around seven crore people of the country, including the south-western region, will benefit. He said this while speaking as the chief guest at a project inspection and technical meeting at the Satbaria Kanchan Park area of Sujanagar upazila in Pabna at noon on Sunday (October 25).
