A petition has been filed to file a case against Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus, former Health Adviser Nurjahan Begum, Chief Adviser's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam, and former Director General of Health Services Dr. Md. Abu Jafar on charges of negligence of duty in the measles outbreak and child deaths.
On Sunday (July 5), the petition was filed in the court of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate in Dhaka, where the court recorded the complainant's statement and kept the order pending.
