In the meeting of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (Ecnec), a total of 8 development projects involving an expenditure of Tk 14,041 crore 21 lakh have been approved.
These projects were approved at the Ecnec meeting held at 10 am on Wednesday (July 22) in the meeting room of the Cabinet Division of the Secretariat. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.

Through the implementation of the approved projects, development activities in various sectors of the country will be advanced. Under the projects, various initiatives will be implemented to develop infrastructure, expand public services, and accelerate economic growth.

After the meeting, the Planning Ministry will officially provide detailed information about the approved projects and the sources of funding.
