In a post on his verified Facebook account on Tuesday (August 25), he claimed that during the interim government, NCP leaders, activists, and coordinators had widespread influence. However, now that they have gone to the opposition, they are not getting the same opportunities as before.

Rashed Khan further alleged that at present, Jamaat-Shibir leaders and activists are getting involved in various misdeeds. At the same time, he called for ensuring transparency and accountability through regular evaluation of political parties' activities.

He said that instead of comparing with the past, leaders and activists of all political parties must be tolerant, and everyone must work together to move the country forward.
