On Sunday, a coordination meeting was held with potential councillor candidates from various wards of the two metropolitan cities. Nahid Islam provided overall guidance at the meeting.

At that time, instructions were given to select potential councillor candidates, identify ward-based civic problems, and maintain regular communication with the families of the July martyrs and injured. At the same time, Nahid Islam also spoke about remaining alert and increasing surveillance regarding the destructive activities of Awami League leaders and activists.

Dhaka South metropolitan convener Ishaq Sarkar, North metropolitan convener Ariful Islam Adib, and leaders from various levels were present at the meeting.
