Attempts to create chaos will continue as long as Sheikh Hasina is alive: Information Adviser
Prime Minister's Information and Broadcasting Adviser Dr. Zahed Ur Rahman said the government believes attempts to create instability and chaos in the country may continue not only in December but as long as Sheikh Hasina is alive. However, any such sabotage will be thwarted. He said this at a press conference on the progress of the government's activities on Tuesday (November 3).

In response to a question about rumors of Sheikh Hasina returning to the country in December, the adviser said the matter is not limited to December. As long as she is alive, this attempt will continue. However, he said that if Sheikh Hasina actually returns to the country after December, he will publicly express regret for his earlier explanation. At that time, he recalled a statement by Sheikh Hasina about not allowing the government to remain in peace after the 1991 election.

Regarding the ongoing movement of garment workers, Dr. Zahed Ur Rahman said the kind of violent behavior seen in the movement cannot be from real workers. The Home Minister, based on intelligence information, has reported cross-border involvement in these incidents. He also commented that although Awami League does not have the ability to become politically active, there may be attempts to create sabotage in various places using their huge money.
