An office assistant of Pabna District Social Service Office has been accused of creating fake medical documents showing healthy people as suffering from cancer and other complex diseases, opening bank accounts, and embezzling money from the government welfare fund. An allegation of organized attack has been made in Manipur village of Chitoshi East Union in Shahrasti Upazila of Chandpur over a previous dispute. In this incident, Md. Rakib Hossain, who identified himself as a July fighter and MIS cardholder, filed a written complaint at Shahrasti Model Police Station naming 16 people and 10-15 others as unidentified accused.
