The board of directors meeting of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held. The meeting took place on Monday (July 6) at Islami Bank Tower in the capital.

This information was provided in a press release signed by the bank's Senior Assistant Vice President Md. Sultan Uddin.

The meeting was chaired by Mohammad Zahir Hossain, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank. He is entrusted with exercising all powers and performing duties of the board of directors of Islami Bank on behalf of Bangladesh Bank.

At that time, the bank's Acting Managing Director Md. Altaf Husain and Company Secretary Md. Habibur Rahman, along with other concerned officials, were present.
