Jamaat intellectuals claim credit for success of India's movement
Prime Minister's political assistant and former general secretary of the People's Rights Council Rashed Khan has commented that Jamaat's intellectuals are claiming the success of India's Cockroach People's Party (CPP) movement as their own credit.

On Monday (July 27), he made this comment in a post on his verified Facebook account.

In the Facebook post, Rashed Khan claimed that a Jamaat-affiliated intellectual said, 'If Jamaat can carry out a movement in India, why can't it in Bangladesh! If Jamaat does not want it, BNP will not survive for a minute.'

Criticizing this statement, he wrote, 'This is Jamaat's think tank! If they come to state power in the future, Jamaat will run the state with this brain!'

Rashed Khan further alleged that Jamaat involves these intellectuals in various seminars and conferences for training their leaders and activists, and gives them opportunities to speak at public rallies.

At the end of the post, he wrote, 'That's why I say, how does dung stay in people's heads? Well, if people like Shahriar Kabir are trainers of Jamaat, then can anything other than dung be produced in the heads of Jamaat-Shibir leaders and activists?'
