On Wednesday, at a meeting with President of the Saudi Arabia-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SABCCI) Ashraful Haque Chowdhury, he conveyed this interest. The minister said that with Saudi Vision 2030, World Expo 2030 and FIFA World Cup 2034 ahead, opportunities could be created for Bangladesh's participation in various development and infrastructure projects in the country.
At the meeting, SABCCI presented its plan to organize the ‘Bangladesh Trade Promotion Mission and Product Catalog Show’ next month in Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah, Makkah and Madinah in Saudi Arabia. It will display and promote products and services from 10 important sectors of Bangladesh.
The minister said that through this initiative, opportunities would be created to promote Bangladeshi products and services in Saudi Arabia and further expand trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. He wished the event success.
