Supreme Court Secretariat abolition decision reflects government's authoritarian mindset: DUCSU
The Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) has called the ruling BNP government's decision to abolish the Supreme Court Secretariat a "manifestation of authoritarian attitudes". They have strongly demanded that the government immediately reconsider the decision, reinstate the Supreme Court Secretariat and ensure full administrative and institutional independence of the judiciary.
