Twenty-four officers have been transferred at the top levels of Bangladesh Police. Among them are 12 Additional DIGs, 3 DIGs, and 9 officers of the rank of Superintendent of Police.
This information was disclosed in a notification issued on Sunday (October 4) from the Police-1 Branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Deputy Secretary Tauchif Ahmed signed it.

The notification said that this order, issued in the public interest, will take effect immediately.
